	The conference was very successful with many high quality contributions. Over 180 particpants from all over the world found their way to Grenoble. The program and abstracts are available on-line. The 5th International Conference on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition will take place 2002 in Washington D.C., USA. 220 proceedings were printed and we still get many requests for additional copies. If you want to obtain the proceedings of FG 2000 please contact IEEE Press for information.
